We understand what it takes to build integrated enterprise project solutions. Modus has seen the inner workings of complex project delivery from every possible angle.
Modus Project Services is a division of Modus Strategic Services (MSS). MSS is proud to be a woman and minority-owned business that has provided high-level strategic consulting advice to companies executing large, complex capital projects since 2011. It is through this work that we realized that owners of large capital projects and/or a portfolio of projects have a need to ensure that all of their data and software systems are "speaking the same language" so that data can be used in real time to allow the organization to make informed, timely decisions. As a result, we decided to start a new division of Modus, focused on integrating systems and ensuring that complex data can be simplified and analyzed.

Ryan Smith, P. Eng.
VP, Operations
Ryan Smith is the VP of Operations for Modus Strategic Solutions and Modus Project Services. Ryan is a Professional Engineer with 17 years of project management experience in a diverse set of roles for both contractor and owner organizations in both public and private sectors.
Greg Stozek
Division Lead, Project Controls
Greg Stozek is an experienced consultant, working in the Engineering/Construction (EPC) environment, serving the energy, utility, and construction industries for more than 17 years. Combining his PMP experience with his IT education, he has successfully implemented Project Controls application suites for a number of large size capital projects.
Kris Stozek
Division Lead, Data and IT Integration
Kris Stozek combines his wide array of experience in management & oversight of EPC mega-projects with an IT & Business education, to be the interpreter of everyday non-technical communication, translating them in to enterprise-grade project solutions, for all levels of an organization.

Mohamed (Moody) Saad, P. Eng., M.Sc, PMP
Division Lead, Project Delivery and Construction Services
Moody brings over 17 years of experience in the delivery of major projects, having held leadership positions in the Energy, Utility, and Chemicals sectors in Canada and the US. Moody is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario who has worked in a diverse set of roles in Engineering Design, Construction Management, and as the Owner's Representative.
